Chakra Assessment

Chakras are the foundation of our energy and are critical for understanding the energy body.

The Chakra Assessment + Coaching Session will expand your awareness of the thoughts and beliefs that are creating the energy within each of your chakras. 

Take the Chakra Assessment at home and we will review your results in person at our Brandon, FL office or via Zoom!

Using your Chakra Assessment as our guide, we will consciously create a plan to develop positive awareness of the energy within your chakras by using conscious intention, attention, and action! 

Each coaching session will be preceded by a chakra assessment, and we will continue to build upon the awareness of your energy body with each session.
